Marianne’s next Lecture Recital will explore beautiful music for Solo Cello & Cello and Piano including works by J.S Bach, Kodaly, Messiaen, Amy Beach, Linda Catlin Smith, Arvo Part, Maria Von Paradis, Imogen Holst. Presented by Cellist Marianne Tyler Brown with guest pianist Elizabeth Dockrell Tyler.
During the recital Marianne will talk about her PhD research and the stories surrounding the music performed. This event is free of charge. There will be an opportunity to contribute to Marianne’s research through a survey asking what music means to you, the audience, available following the performance (paper or digital).
